SATE
MANIS PALEMBANG
“Sate Manis” Palembang is not really famous like pempek or
other foods, but it
is so delicious. This has become one of the
many special food of Palembang. “Sate”,
which is made of the best meat has very delicous taste and soft. What makes
this “Sate Manis “ is very special and totally different from other sates in
Java Island especially Madura Island, added with the broth of Pindang, rice,
Sambal from mango which is distinctively made in Palembang. Here are the

Ingridients:
1 kg of Tenderloins, abot pieces

DIRECTION
:
First. Mix and stir together garlic,
coriander, brown sugar, granulated sugar, hazelnut,
oil and flavorings. Marinade the meat with
the seasoning above, then let stand a few
minutes to allow flavors absorbed.

grilled into the fire.
Second, for the sauce: Heat the
butter, fried peanuts, then blend and set aside. Reheat 2 tablespoons butter,
saute the seasonings for the the sauce that has been refined. After fragrant,
put brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and water, the last added fried peanuts
that have been mashed, stir, then remove from heat. Serve with sate sauce
